As the 2023 PUBG MOBILE World Invitational (PMWI) fast approaches, the final teams that will compete at the tournament have been confirmed. The event will take place between July 11th-16th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, the world’s biggest Esports & Gaming Festival. HONOR Magic5 Pro will be the official smartphone partner for the 2023 PMWI, and will provide the best performance for professional players. All of the 27 participating teams will be competing for a share of the $3,000,000 prize pool as well as earn their region an extra slot for the upcoming PUBG MOBILE Global Championship.
PUBG MOBILE fans were able to send twelve of their favourite PMPL teams into the 2023 PMWI through the PMWI ALLSTARS Vote. These teams will compete in the brand new2023 PMWI ALLSTARS Stage from July 11th. They’ll be joined by the winners of thePUBG Mobile Showdown 2023: Korea vs Japan, PUBG Mobile Pro Series 2023 Points Korea, representatives from the host country, and the 2022 PMWI champions.
After the first three days of action-packed competition, the top six teams from theALLSTARS Stage will move on to meet tougher opponents in the 2023 PMWI Main Tournament. Commencing on July 14th, they’ll face off against the top ten teams that qualified directly through winning their regional championship, including the likes of Alter Ego Ares and Stalwart Esports.

On top of being crowned champions and earning the biggest share of the $3,000,000 prize pool, the winner of the 2023 PMWI will also earn their region an additional qualification slot in the upcoming PUBG MOBILE Global Championship. This will put extra pressure on the teams to perform, for the pride and benefit of their region.
In addition to this, the popular DJ and PUBG MOBILE fan Alan Walker will also compete at2023 PMWI in a showmatch on July 13th with 2022 PMWI champions, Vampire Esports. Together they’ll go head to head against host region team R8 Esports and Topz to see who has the best skills.
PUBG MOBILE Esports has seen some hard-to-believe records set by teams and players throughout its history. In the new Record Breakers challenge of 2023 PMWI, if any of the players or teams beat a number of currently held records they will receive a part of the$100,000 USD prize pool, as well as be immortalised in the history books.

- 3 Winner Winner Chicken Dinners – $25,000 prize
- 2 Winner Winner Chicken Dinners in a day – $25,000 prize
- 8 top 3 finishes – $15,000 prize
- 24 eliminations in a single match – $15,000 prize
- 14 total rescues by a player – $10,000 prize
- 37 total eliminations by a single player – $10,000 prize
