While the world is watching Sam Altman’s little roundtrip from, and to OpenAI, ChatGPT released a new feature that was perviously available to paying subscribers only. ChatGPT app users can now have voice-based conversations.
Instead of typing a query, users can now ask ChatGPT questions by voice. The AI would convert the question into text, and then come back with the answer, which will also be converted from text to speech.
To try this feature, go to the app and tap the headphone button in the home screen’s bottom-right corner (on iOS).
