Acer announced the launch of the Swift 14 AI laptop, its first Copilot+ PC developed in collaboration with Microsoft and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. This innovative device harnesses the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver enhanced user experiences and capabilities on Windows 11.
The Swift 14 AI is available in multiple models, powered by either Snapdragon X Elite or Snapdragon X Plus platforms.Both platforms boast one of the world’s fastest laptop NPUs (neural processing units), enabling advanced on-device AI processing. This translates to smarter PC functions that streamline daily tasks and empower users to tackle complex workloads more effectively.

The Swift 14 AI, powered by the Snapdragon X Elite platform, features 12 high-performance CPU cores built on a 4nm process node, an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of 45 TOPS (trillion operations per second). It also comes equipped with up to 32GB LPDDR5X-8533 memory and up to 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, ensuring seamless performance across various demanding tasks.

The Swift 14 AI leverages powerful AI capabilities to enhance productivity, creativity, and communication. Features like Recall allow users to easily find content they’ve seen on their PC, while Live Captions with live translations provide real-time captions and translations for videos in 44 languages.
Creativity is also boosted with Cocreator, enabling users to generate AI images and texts using visual or written prompts.Auto Super Resolution enhances gaming visuals without sacrificing performance, and Windows Studio Effects automatically improves lighting and audio quality in video calls.

The Swift 14 AI features a sleek design with a unique AI icon on the cover and an Activity Indicator on the touchpad. The 14.5-inch WQXGA display offers a 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color gamut, with edge-to-edge touchscreen options available. Additional features include a 1440p QHD IR webcam, a triple microphone array, Acer PurifiedView 2.0 and Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0, and a dedicated key for accessing the AcerSense app for device management and AI features.
