Oppo is set to make waves in the smartphone industry with the global launch of its Find X8 series later this month. The Find X8 and Find X8 Pro boast impressive features, including a groundbreaking dual-periscope camera system in the Pro model, powerful performance, and long-lasting battery life in a sleek and lightweight design.
The Find X8 Pro distinguishes itself as the world’s first globally available smartphone with two periscope zoom cameras. This innovative setup comprises a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and two 50MP periscope telephoto cameras with 3x and 6x optical zoom, respectively.
Oppo’s commitment to photography excellence is further emphasized by the inclusion of its HyperTone image engine for natural color reproduction and the Hasselblad Portrait Mode, optimized for stunning zoomed-in portraits. A new LivePhoto feature adds another dimension to capturing memories.
The standard Find X8 model features a triple camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 3x periscope telephoto camera.
Both the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro are powered by MediaTek’s cutting-edge Dimensity 9400 processor, built on a 3nm process. This ensures smooth performance and efficient power consumption.
Oppo has also prioritized battery life, equipping the Find X8 Pro with a massive 5,910 mAh battery and the Find X8 with a 5,630 mAh battery. Both devices support fast wired and 50W wireless charging.
Despite their powerful features, the Find X8 series maintains a thin and light profile. The Find X8 Pro, in particular, is thinner and lighter than both the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Oppo will officially launch the Find X8 series globally on November 21st at an event in Bali, Indonesia. The Find X8 Pro is expected to start at €1,099, with various RAM and storage configurations available. Color options include intriguing names like Walking in the clouds, Hoshino Black, and Clear Sky Route.
