Image Quality and Performance wise, out of the box, you will have few picture quality presets to choose from, mainly Standard, FPS 1, FPS 2, Racing, RTS, Game1, and Game 2. We chose the standard option to test the monitor, which surprisingly was very good calibrated as a preset option, and found it to be fairly great, with superior color accuracy and reproduction. Of course, we also went through the other profiles, but found ourselves coming back to the standard at the end. Additionally, ghosting on the monitor is nearly non existent thanks to its 144Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium compatibility.
The monitor includes two 5W speakers, which as expected isn’t the best sounding, but these monitors are meant to used with your headset.
