We can’t get enough of power banks, and emergency charging devices in our daily lives, specially during travel seasons. The Belkin BoostCharge Pro Fast Wireless Charger for Apple Watch + Power Bank 10K comes in hot to solve a 2 in 1 problem, specially for Apple Watch owners.
This charger is very capable, performs well and is elegant, but is it worth buying it ?
Design
This is a nicely designed product, compact, a bit heavy, but that is expected, nothing major here compared to other 10K power banks.
The star of the show here is the fast Apple Watch charger on the side of the battery pack, where you can also find a USB-C port, power button and led indicators. Inside the box, you’ll get a short USB-C cable to go along with it. There is no lightning cable to charge your iPhone though, which Belkin assumes we have a lot lying around ☺️
Performance
The 10,000mAh battery can provide up to 14 charges of an Apple Watch Series 8 with fast charging capabilities. I’ve tested it with my Apple Watch Ultra, and was able to get it from 0 to 100% in under an hour.
Then there’s of course the USB-C port, which can be used to charge other devices, like iPhones and other Android smartphones. The Belkin BoostCharge Pro Fast Wireless Charger for Apple Watch + Power Bank 10K is 20W capable and can fast charge as expected. The battery pack can charge an iPhone 14 twice.
Also worth noting here, since the Watch charging connector is magnetic, I was also able to charge my 2nd Gen AirPods Pro on it.
Verdict
At AED 399 , this isn’t the cheapest 10,000mAh power bank out there, but the convenience of charging your Apple Watch, AirPods Pro, and iPhone, at the same time, makes this worth it for sure.
