PUBG MOBILE is marking its seventh anniversary with a collaboration featuring K-pop group BABYMONSTER, introducing in-game experiences inspired by the group’s music and style. The event, running until May 6th, offers players interactive gameplay elements, exclusive items, and rewards.
As part of the collaboration, BABYMONSTER, serving as PUBG MOBILE’s seventh-anniversary ambassador, brings their music and visuals to the game. Players can encounter BABYMONSTER video buses in the Erangel and Rondo maps, offering exclusive video messages and rewards. Photo zones inspired by the group’s aesthetic allow players to interact with virtual photo booths, pose with BABYMONSTER members, and earn rewards.
In-game items include a BABYMONSTER-branded cassette player for listening to the group’s music during gameplay.Players can also use the “DRIP” Dance emote and BABYMONSTER Sketch Space Gifts.
A Festive Party event offers players the chance to complete tasks and earn points for rewards.
BABYMONSTER, formed under YG Entertainment, consists of seven members: RUKA, PHARITA, ASA, AHYEON, RAMI, RORA, and CHIQUITA. The group has released their first studio album, “DRIP,” and is embarking on a world tour.
Vincent Wang, Head of PUBG MOBILE Publishing at Tencent Games, highlighted the collaboration’s aim to provide engaging content for players. YG Entertainment emphasized the opportunity to blend gaming with K-pop music.
