Apple Music users can now access their personalized year-end music recap directly within the app. Apple Music Replay 2024 is available to users with iPhones running iOS 18.1 or later, accessible from the Home, New, and Search tabs.
This year’s Replay offers new insights into listening habits, including rankings among top listeners for specific genres or artists, the longest consecutive streak of using Apple Music, and top artists, albums, and songs from each month.
Users can also delve deeper into their listening history, discovering how many consecutive months they’ve listened to their top artist and the exact dates they started listening to their top songs, artists, or albums.
For those who share their Apple Music accounts, there are instructions available on how to filter out unwanted songs or artists from the Replay results, ensuring a more accurate reflection of individual listening preferences.
Apple Music Replay 2024 also introduces new features for artists, allowing them to access and share statistics about their music, such as total listening minutes, number of listeners, top cities, and most-Shazamed songs.
This update enhances the Apple Music experience, providing users with a fun and engaging way to revisit their year in music. As the recap season continues, Spotify Wrapped and Amazon Music’s recap feature are also expected to arrive soon, offering more ways for music lovers to reflect on their listening journeys.
