Pixel and iPhone share a heartwarming holiday moment in new Google ad

Google’s charming #BestPhonesForever ad series continues with a festive holiday episode. The stop-motion animation, featuring the latest Pixel and iPhone models as Gumby-like characters, showcases their endearing friendship amidst a Christmas setting.

This time, the two phone buddies find themselves trapped in separate gift boxes under a Christmas tree. Pixel, ever the resourceful one, seeks help from Google’s AI assistant, Gemini. After a few humorous misinterpretations, Gemini deduces their predicament: they are holiday gifts.

While Pixel embraces the joy of being a present, iPhone experiences a moment of self-doubt. Pixel, in a heartwarming display of friendship, reminds iPhone that the holidays are about acceptance and being with loved ones.

The ad, titled “That’s A Wrap,” captures the spirit of the season with its message of friendship and self-acceptance. While the title might suggest the end of the series, it more likely alludes to the phones being wrapped as gifts.
