While anticipation is high for the Nothing Phone (3), it remains unclear whether this launch event will unveil the flagship device or a different model altogether. Previous statements from Nothing co-founder Carl Pei indicated plans for a “landmark smartphone” release in the first quarter of 2025, potentially separate from the Phone (3).
Rumors surrounding the Phone (3) suggest it could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, feature a 6.5-inch OLED display, and carry a starting price of around $600. A Geekbench listing hinted at 8GB of RAM and Android 15. There’s also speculation about a more powerful Phone (3) Pro model serving as the true successor to the Phone (2).
Nothing has teased “breakthrough innovations in the user interface” for the Phone (3), pointing to significant software or interaction upgrades. With March 4th rapidly approaching, it won’t be long before we learn exactly what Nothing has in store for its next smartphone release.
