Following the successful premiere of its second season, Apple TV+’s dystopian drama “Silo” has been renewed for a third and fourth season. This extension will allow the series to fully adapt the complete story from Hugh Howey’s acclaimed book series of the same name.
Starring and executive produced by Rebecca Ferguson, “Silo” has garnered widespread praise for its captivating storyline, immersive world-building, and strong performances. The series follows the last 10,000 people on Earth who reside within a mile-deep silo, shielded from a toxic and deadly outside world. As the inhabitants grapple with the mysteries surrounding the silo’s origins and purpose, they uncover secrets that challenge their understanding of reality.
Showrunner and executive producer Graham Yost expressed excitement about the opportunity to bring the complete “Silo” saga to the screen. The final two seasons promise to provide a satisfying conclusion to the many mysteries and unanswered questions that have captivated audiences.
“Silo” season two is currently streaming globally on Apple TV+, with new episodes premiering every Friday through January 17, 2025. The premiere dates for seasons 3 and 4 have not yet been announced.
