As we head towards the end of the year, there seems to be more space for brands to squeeze in more smartphones before the clock strikes 12. OnePlus unveiled its new flagship, the OnePlus 12. The new smartphone has launched in China, and will roll out to other countries from January 2024.
The new flagship from OnePlus has some impressive specs all around. OnePlus 12 brings the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, with up to 24 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. Among other features, OnePlus brings back wireless charging, packs it with a 5,400mAh battery which charges at 100W, or 50W if you opt to go wireless.
The OnePlus 12 has a 6.82-inch 1440 x 3168 AMOLED screen, with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500nits.
Cameras wise, the Hasselblad-branded OnePlus 12 brings some robust hardware, including a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide camera (14mm), and a 64MP 3x periscope camera with a wide f/2.6 aperture which produce good low-light image quality. On the front, you’ll find a 32MP camera in a punch-hole cutout, capable to shoot videos at 4K/30fps.
OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus 12 will launch globally in early 2024.
